01Does extraction guarantee that an invoice is correct?
No. The schema defines expected fields, but truth and consistency must be checked against the original and process rules. Human correction may be necessary.
02Does ConsulPoint replace accounting software?
It does not need to. It can prepare information for that software through a file or an agreed integration. Posting, tax rules and authorisation depend on the project scope.
03Which fields can be extracted from an invoice?
Those defined in the data schema: for example supplier, invoice number, date, taxable amounts, taxes and totals. The schema sets which fields are extracted, their format and the conditions they must meet.
04How is the data reviewed before it is sent to the ERP?
Through integrated applications associated with the folder, where records are consulted, filtered and corrected. Checks such as comparing amounts, verifying references or detecting missing fields can be added and combined with a person’s review before exporting.
05How can documents arrive?
By email, as Excel or CSV rows and as complete conversations, depending on the connected sources and their configuration. Smart Inbox classifies each input and routes it to the right folder or process.
