One space for each context
Organise spaces by customer, supplier, department, case, centre or project. The structure should reflect how the team works and needs to share information, rather than simply replicating every existing folder.
A Workspace is a shared working context, not just a folder. It brings participants, documents, agents and applications together around an activity or relationship, supporting collaboration without indiscriminate access to internal systems.
Organise spaces by customer, supplier, department, case, centre or project. The structure should reflect how the team works and needs to share information, rather than simply replicating every existing folder.
A space can include internal people and authorised third parties, associate knowledge and make relevant agents or applications available. Collaboration can connect a business and customer, a business and supplier, or all three in a shared process.
Workspace membership does not imply authorisation for every API or resource. Configuration requires checking access to folders, applications, conversations and operations. Not all resources should be assumed to inherit permissions in the same way.
A consultancy creates a space for each project and shares documents, a knowledge agent and a tracking application with its customer. A supplier can participate only in the necessary resources if their controls are configured for that scope.
